I came for an appointment with this doctor, and the treatment was prescribed so that I would come another 10 times, and she also "treated" the neighbouring teeth for me along the way.
Disliked
The doctor was rude. She also demanded payment for services she had not yet provided, for example fluoridation, which was only supposed to be done a week later. I would not recommend such a "doctor" to anyone; even one star is too much for her treatment.

I was treated by the dental therapist Ursekeyeva Dina Asylbekovna.
Liked
She has golden hands, and she is the best specialist in the city of Almaty. The quality of a specialist's work becomes clear a year later, when you realise that the tooth was treated well and there is no need to go back about the same tooth. It is better to go once to a good specialist than to amateur dentists who milk you and flatter you. Ursekeyeva is an excellent doctor.

I had a toothache, I started looking for information on the internet and came across their advertisement. I became curious, and I booked a video consultation. The request was accepted, a doctor contacted me, conducted the consultation and booked me in for an appointment.

I really liked the service, I did not have to go there in vain. At the appointment it turned out that I had caries, it was treated quickly and without pain, I was very pleased, the filling is completely invisible, as if nothing had ever happened.

In other clinics they just shrugged their shoulders and advised me to have my teeth removed, but here the specialists saved my teeth. The doctors are very competent. Thank you!

For a long time I was afraid of dentists and put off the visit, but in the end I came to the medical centre "Academy of Health". Already at the first appointment the fear disappeared: I was met by kind, caring and experienced specialists.

I especially want to thank the dentist Ursekeyeva Dina Asylbekovna — she has a light touch, my teeth seem to have begun a second life. She is very attentive and friendly, a true professional. I also thank the nurse-assistant Roza for her attentive attitude. Now I go to the dentist with a smile. I wish the medical centre prosperity, and all the staff health and every blessing.
