We arrived by ambulance at the Children's Infectious Diseases Hospital — the child had a rash and a high temperature. Ulzhalgas Aitzhanovna examined my granddaughter, felt her liver and immediately made a diagnosis, after which she sent us for tests for cytomegalovirus. The child was less than 40 days old.

Ulzhalgas Aitzhanovna is a doctor from God. She did 100 % of everything that depended on her, accompanied us through the treatment to the very end and fought for my granddaughter to the end. I am grateful to her.

We could not cope with the illness, because the child was very small — less than 40 days old.

We came to this doctor when our child was 2 months old, and it was she who diagnosed aplastic anaemia, even though it is difficult to diagnose. Thanks to the fact that the diagnosis was made in time, and the treatment she prescribed, the child survived and is now almost healthy. We had not seen her for a year and a half, but she recognised us immediately.
