We have been seeing this doctor for many years.

This is a wonderful doctor, a true professional. She is very attentive, prescribes only what is really needed, doesn't prescribe anything unnecessary. All this time we have never once doubted her competence. Thank you, Nazipa Aitbayevna.

I came twice with my little one for an appointment with this doctor, we only went because we have patronage care in Rakhat.
Disliked
The doctor is awful! Both times she diagnoses "developmental delay", based on goodness knows what! Both times she prescribes strong medications to an absolutely healthy child under one year old with no indications! She constantly pushes "her own" massage therapists. Rude, impolite, during the examination she handles the little one roughly and carelessly! She clearly does not love her work.

Today I brought my child for an appointment with this doctor.

The doctor spoke very rudely both to me and to the child: she asked questions but didn't listen to the answers, interrupted, and then asked again. She prescribed a load of medications but didn't name the diagnosis. She kept opening some notebook and copying something from it — because of this I began to doubt her competence and professionalism. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone! Maybe she is tired after 25 years, maybe it's time to rest, rather than being rude to everyone and damaging the clinic's reputation!

I came on a recommendation, and brought two at once — my older and younger child. The appointment did not go as I expected.
Disliked
I am unhappy with the doctor. When I tell her about my child's complaints, she rudely tells me to wait and then doesn't even ask again. I just paid a lot of money. She prescribed a load of pharmacy medications, it's obvious she is not advanced — she doesn't even know what peptides and iHerb vitamins are. She has an aversion to children. It's obvious that money matters more to her than the child's health. I ask one thing, and she answers that I need to book a separate appointment as a neurologist, even though I came to her specifically as a multidisciplinary doctor. I really don't recommend her.

I didn't like how this doctor treated me. I didn't get precise answers. The doctor prescribed me a load of medications. And on both of my visits she prescribed the same medications and said to continue.

My daughter was under home nursing care at Rakhat, and this doctor works there. It was the first appointment, the baby was one month old.
Disliked
Personally, I don't like her, she aroused dislike from the first second of meeting her. She treated the child terribly rudely: during a 20-minute appointment she pressed on the fontanelle 5-6 times, and did not react to my request to be more careful. She doesn't answer questions clearly and directly. When she herself asks something and I answer, she immediately compares it with some children of her relatives and talks for a long time about nothing.
