I came for an appointment on a paid basis, I had an ultrasound, and the doctor said that I had some kind of formation. I went to another sonographer, and there they said there was nothing. I decided to go back to her again, I'm standing waiting, they tell me a patient is coming in, although in fact there was no one in the room. In the end, after waiting, I was refused an appointment altogether.

I didn't like that after the ultrasound they said there was some kind of formation, but another sonographer found nothing. I also didn't like that when I came back, they told me to wait for a patient, although there was no one in the room, and in the end I was refused an appointment altogether.

The appointment took place with Adema Sagdatovna, and as a result of the visit I formed my own opinion about this doctor.
Disliked
I would not recommend this doctor. In my personal opinion, her level of professionalism is low. The treatment brought no benefit, and moreover — it could do harm.

I had an ultrasound, and the sonographer pressed very hard on my abdomen. After the procedure my abdomen hurts and I feel unwell. Previously I had ultrasounds at 6 places because there was a threat, and before that I gave birth to three wonderful children. Nowhere did they press so hard.
Disliked
Now I am lying here in pain and worrying, the main thing is that nothing happens to the baby. I will never set foot there again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

I ended up with this doctor by chance, and it was she who conducted the first examination of my child. After that I very much regretted that it was her.
Disliked
The doctor answered my questions reluctantly and was even indignant that I do not understand anatomy — as if I were no match for her. She spoke principally in the Kazakh language. She discussed some of her own matters with her nurse, their meeting, and listening to it was not at all interesting for me. Then I wrote a complaint about the doctor to the GCRH in written form, they called me back and gave feedback, I hope this improves the service. Perhaps as a doctor she is good, I do not know, but that day I was terribly unlucky with her. I hope I never meet her again. Conclusion: I do not recommend.

We went to see Saizhanova Marzhan Azelkhanovna, but we did not know that our mother had stage 4 lung cancer and was in pain.
Disliked
Saizhanova Marzhan Azelkhanovna is an incompetent doctor: she treated us for pneumonia, we lost a lot of precious time and money. Our mother has already passed away on 2 November 2019.
