The appointment took place with Volnova Irina Irekovna. Before the visit I wrote to her on WhatsApp and asked which tests to bring with me so that the appointment would be more effective.
Disliked
The doctor is very arrogant and haughty, she doesn't let you get a word in or ask questions, even though we pay a lot for the appointment and want to ask about the child's health, that's why we come. At the appointment she scolded me for a message on WhatsApp and said I shouldn't write to her, she has a million patients, and if everyone writes, she won't have any personal life or time to wash the windows at home. A doctor should be in contact with the child's parents and let them know if something is going wrong. The medicine she prescribed for the child didn't suit us, and how can you not tell the doctor about it, or do you have to book another appointment and pay a lot of money again? The attitude is terrible. She sends you for tests to a specific laboratory, where they note down which doctor referred you — it's clear the doctor gets a percentage for that. I don't recommend her.

We went to the doctor on the advice of friends. My three-year-old child had bad breath. The doctor said it was functional dyspepsia and gastritis, and prescribed treatment. We went through this course twice, with a three-month break in between. Nothing changed. Then we went to two more doctors, and they explained that such a diagnosis is given last for similar complaints. It turned out that the smell came from the nasopharynx due to adenoids and allergies, and it was enough to simply rinse the nose more often. That is what happened — the smell disappeared. There was no gastritis either.
Disliked
The prescribed medicine for the 'correct reflux' has dangerous side effects. The treatment that was prescribed did not help us, and the diagnosis turned out to be wrong.

I went to Irina Irekovna, and she helped figure out why my haemoglobin is low. Before that, other doctors only prescribed iron supplements and did not look for the cause. Irina Irekovna referred me for a stool test, and her assumptions were confirmed. I was prescribed the correct treatment, and within a month there was a result.

I consulted Irina Irekovna, and she referred us for tests for giardia, which were confirmed. Before that, not a single paediatrician had mentioned giardia. Treatment was prescribed for 2 months, afterwards we took the tests — the result was negative. The child started asking for food and became active.

We came to Irina Erekovna in a difficult situation, we came to her in a serious condition. We had an allergy to medicines. Since that time we have been under her care for five years already. As soon as we sneeze a little, we immediately run to her to get better quickly.
