The appointment took place at the Rakhat clinic, and I was very pleased. The building can be seen from the street from afar, finding it was not difficult. Doctor Voronina saw me, explained everything clearly, printed everything out on a sheet and left her contacts so that I could get in touch by phone. I am writing about a month later: I followed Doctor Voronina's recommendations.

I really liked the Rakhat clinic: the staff are pleasant and polite, the building is excellent, everything is clean and tidy. Bravo! I also liked Doctor Voronina — an intelligent, knowledgeable, young and attractive woman. Wonderful! I think I will deal with my health problems at this medical centre, especially since it is a two-minute walk from home. Thank you very much! And about thirty per cent cheaper than at other centres. The keloid scar has become smaller, softer, and does not bother me at all.

Hello. I was prescribed 33% sulphur ointment, but it is not available at the pharmacy. At the pharmacy they offer me benzyl benzoate ointment instead.
Disliked
The prescribed ointment is not available at the pharmacy, they offer to replace it with benzyl benzoate. I don't know whether such a replacement can be made, and I can't figure out how to contact you.
