I made an appointment with Viktor Evgenyevich for tooth extraction.
Disliked
The doctor turned out to be not at all friendly, even rude: he immediately switched to the informal 'ty' and did not respond to my greeting. He is a man of mood, and for his profession, in my opinion, that is completely unsuitable. Before the extraction I was terribly frightened, and he just was rude and immediately started extracting. Everything went so quickly and roughly, as if he was in a hurry to go somewhere. For such a lot of money this is simply a disgusting attitude. After the procedure he did not properly explain anything about further care for rapid healing. In general, he simply did not care about the client. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. It was my worst experience in dentistry.

The doctor behaves unprofessionally: rude, unfriendly, sighs when I answer his questions about my teeth. He does everything roughly and carelessly. I give the doctor 1.

Everything went perfectly. The result turned out even better than my mum and I expected. The doctor is wonderful, has golden hands, and the staff at the clinic are just as good.

I went to Dr Vovk's clinic: there I had teeth treated and removed, had my bite corrected, and also had an implant placed.

I want to say a huge thank you for the work at a high professional level and the warm attitude. Viktor Evgenyevich himself is a highly qualified doctor, and his team is wonderful.

I had an appointment with Dr Vovk, and I had a tooth removed.

Dr Vovk is a wonder-doctor: the extraction went so well and quickly that I didn't even have time to prepare for pain or unpleasant sensations, as it had been before at another clinic. He said: "No big deal." Thank you, doctor, now I am your patient forever.

But the doctor was simply rude to me. We don't go to the clinic for free, we pay money, and far from a small amount! I would like us to be treated more kindly.

I am not personally acquainted with Dr Vovk; my son goes to the clinic for implantation. They started with a tooth extraction, and now the implant has already been placed.
Liked
So far my son is happy with everything. According to him, everything is professional: the doctor readily answers all questions, briefly and in a politely masculine way. There was no rude attitude and no talk about the price before the services were provided. We are a medical family, the boy is grown up — if something had gone wrong, he would certainly have told me and would never have gone back to this doctor.
Disliked
Not cheap, but that's everyone's choice. All over the world dental services are among the most expensive.

Seven years ago I had 3 implants placed by Vovk, and the quality of his work was highly praised even in Germany — there they asked me where I had my implants done, and I proudly answered that in Kazakhstan. Soon I will go to Vovk again, because I need another implant.
