I came with a sick child to polyclinic 36, but the doctor did not see us, citing the fact that he only sees patients by appointment slip, although there were no people.
Disliked
The doctor is very rude, did not provide first aid. I think he should not work as a doctor.

Despite the high price, I went back to that treatment place.

The appointment price is high. The doctor told me nothing; I was not satisfied. I was made to take various tests and wasted my money. She did not prescribe the right medicine; she sent me away saying to keep taking the medicine we were already taking.

I had an appointment slip for a visit to the ENT doctor Utkulbayev Serik Bergenovich at the Central Family Clinic in the city of Almaty on 08.01.2021 at 16:45.
Disliked
The doctor did not see me, citing the fact that he had already seen another patient at that time and left, although there were 15 minutes left until the end of working hours. Therefore, I am leaving a complaint about him.
