The appointment went well: the doctor was responsive, looked into my problem in detail and explained what needed to be done and who exactly should deal with it, and explained the whole sequence for my problem.
Liked
The doctor is attentive and caring, really gets into the patient's problems, and explains everything clearly. We could do with more doctors like this — peaceful, adequate, useful and responsible for our people.

I consulted this doctor in 1995, went through sessions and received amitriptyline.
Disliked
After that my condition got worse, and now I am constantly on medication. I do not advise this doctor: she works very unprofessionally and can aggravate the illness.

I had an appointment on 20.11.23 at 11.00 with Aigerim Serikovna at the ChLB, free of charge under OSMS. Two students were present at the appointment.
Disliked
The appointment was superficial, and so was the examination. In front of the students, the doctor advised choosing a "Jewish" specialty — that is her expression — where you encounter blood the least: ENT, dentist and ophthalmologist. It is a great pity that she behaves so unprofessionally. Perhaps for a fee she sees patients better and behaves differently towards the patient.
