Six years ago, in the Aksai clinic in Almaty, my 5-year-old son underwent surgery, performed by a doctor named Isamdun K. The surgery was related to a congenital hip dislocation.
Disliked
After the surgery, the pelvic bone became crooked and the knee bent to the right. But before the surgery the knee was perfectly straight. There is no trust in the doctors of Aksai. We are now being examined at the Turner Institute in Saint Petersburg.

The appointment was an initial one, and that is usually where you get to know the doctor. When I booked the consultation, I didn't know the doctor's name.
Disliked
The doctor demands to be addressed by her first name and patronymic, but when I booked the consultation I didn't know her name. The doctor reacted very strangely, demanding to be addressed by her name, even though it was an initial appointment and that is usually where you get to know each other.

I went to this doctor. I was prescribed medications that can't be found in ordinary pharmacies, and was told about a specific person from whom they could be bought: Espriko, Neuroplant, Gammalon, Nevis-Aktiv, Gangliosin — a Chinese medication.
Disliked
The child had a terrible relapse. It's impossible to get through: you can't write, only voice messages, and the doctor doesn't pick up. I do not recommend this specialist.
