I came across this doctor about 15 years ago. The appointment lasted not 5 minutes, but about an hour.

The doctor delved very attentively into the essence of my problem and advised how to solve it. Unfortunately, I have never met such ENT doctors again.

I have been seeing this doctor for many years.

This is a very competent specialist, one of the best in Almaty in his field. I am always examined thoroughly, right down to blood tests, and the diagnosis is made instantly. I am never prescribed unnecessary procedures, but within his speciality he treats everything from start to finish.
Disliked
The clinic is average, they should put a different woman at reception, but otherwise everything is fine.

I came for an appointment, wanted to have my ears cleaned, but I was refused because it costs 3500. Another time they simply treated my throat with a solution, but they did not tell me the cost. The doctor constantly escorts you to the cash desk and sent me to have a blood test on a full stomach.

Terrible service, pure rip-off. Every step is a rip-off. Thanks, first time I have come across something like this. It is pure business. Plus the doctor gives too much unnecessary information, really messes with your head.

I came for an appointment on 3 December. The doctor took blood from my finger, treated the lymph nodes and suggested many procedures, as if I had come not to an ENT specialist but to a therapist for a full examination.
Disliked
Terrible doctor, he fleeces you to the last penny. I paid 5,000 for the appointment, 2,500 for a finger-prick blood test — it's unclear where such prices come from. The blood was taken on a full stomach, although it should be on an empty stomach; when I pointed this out, the doctor replied that it would do as it was, and that already put me on my guard. He charged 4,000 for treating the lymph nodes, although it took 1 minute — it's unclear what for and why so expensive. It feels like he's fixated on money: he put price tags on all the medicines, escorted me to the till before and after every procedure, as if checking that everything had been paid for, and quoted the price for each procedure, which is strange to say the least. You can see that for him the doctor's work is just a business, not a calling.

I did not like the appointment with this doctor. I came with a complaint about my ear, but he kept us there for about an hour and talked non-stop, so that I even got a headache from the excess information. He examined me with an instrument and performed procedures to determine the cause of the ailment, but did not warn me that this was not included in the cost of the appointment, and then presented a bill for the full programme — right down to 2 drops of protargol in the nose, even though the complaint was about the ear. In the end, for the appointment and all his manipulations we paid 12 thousand and listened to his hour-long monologue.

Did not like the doctor. He gives a lot of unnecessary information, kept us for about an hour, which gave me a headache. He examined me with a device and performed procedures to determine the cause of the ailment, without warning that this was not included in the consultation fee, and then charged us in full, prescribing up to 2 drops of protargol in the nose, even though we came with a complaint about the ear. For the consultation and all his manipulations we paid 12 thousand and listened to his hour-long non-stop monologue. He responded to my questions with rude attacks when I clarified whether we could do without the turundas, which only an ENT can make, since there was no such possibility. Perhaps he has few clients, and in desperation he squeezes out of each client everything he can. What also irritated him was that we would not be able to come to him for a week for his turundas.

The appointment took place, and as a result I was extremely dissatisfied. The doctor poked around in my ear, did a cuckoo, prescribed procedures which, in my opinion, were unnecessary, because everything was fine with me. I was never given a conclusion.

I do not recommend this doctor at all: he fleeced me for a lot of money for nothing — 3500 for poking around in my ear, 4000 for the appointment and 4500 for an unnecessary cuckoo. He prescribed a load of procedures that had to be done at his place, even though everything was fine with me. During the appointment he kept shouting, apparently he is deaf himself. He did not even give a conclusion. I will never go to this guy again — a complete rip-off.
