It was my first time at an appointment with Dr Yalkin ShSh. The appointment was routine: I was questioned, examined and given prescriptions, but I did not feel an individual approach.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor criticised my district doctor, even if it was deserved. The tone was condescending, looking down on me, the prognosis was pessimistic, and there was nothing encouraging in the conversation that would set me up for recovery. In my opinion, no matter how complex the illness, it is important to instil faith and a positive attitude in the patient.
