I booked an appointment with the surgeon Ybyraiym Yerzhan Sakenovich for the first time. The appointment was for 10 in the morning, I arrived 3 minutes before that time, but it was busy. I had to sit waiting for half an hour, and it turned out that the doctor was seeing his regular client, who was also booked for 10 in the morning.
Disliked
So it turns out that other people are not people. This is a big minus both for the administrator who booked the appointment and for the doctor. I am not happy.
