I brought the child for an appointment to check their eyes. We thought it was a sore throat from ice cream, but it turned out to be a virus caught in the swimming pool that turned into conjunctivitis.

I was very upset that the appointment was not conducted in the state language. The patient does not speak Russian and understands it poorly. During the appointment, it was not possible to explain the symptoms and her complaints. One can only hope that the doctor's prescription was nevertheless correct.
