I have no complaints about the doctor's knowledge — perhaps she really is very competent in her field. And the staff at the clinic were more than friendly and attentive.
Disliked
The specialisation is quite delicate, and I did not like the doctor's attitude: either she was not in the mood, or that is just her character. On the doctor's part it was quite harsh, intolerant and, I would say, a little irritated towards the patient's problem. I definitely would not want to return to this doctor.

I do not understand where the talk about huge sums for treatment comes from — my bill turned out to be quite reasonable, I just did not go to bars for a couple of months.

I am very grateful to the doctor for the treatment being effective and giving a result, as well as for her kind and respectful attitude towards patients. The outcome of the course was even better than I expected. I believe that Zamakhova Ye.G. is a doctor by vocation and a true professional. I would like there to be more such specialists who are so devoted to their work.

I had an appointment with Yelena Grigoryevna. She is very funny: she examines me and comments on everything right away, explaining what is what.

I liked that I was not brushed off, but was offered a specialist — that is how I learned about Alina Zhumazhanovna. So they found a solution, and I am grateful for that. I also liked that the clinic does not smell of medicines.

At first the doctor was kind and friendly.

When I refused the expensive treatment, the doctor's expression changed, she became rude, took away all the examination papers and did not prescribe any treatment, not even medication. So it turns out that if I cannot pay for their expensive treatment, even though there is a much cheaper one, then I should not be treated at all. I will never set foot in this clinic again!
