Patient story
I was booked for 9-00, but the doctor was 5 minutes late and only arrived at 9-05. It turned out that there are no appointments by booking, everything goes in order of a live queue, and by that time 5 people had already gathered. In the end, I was sent to the neighbouring room, where an ultrasound scan was done.
Disliked
I did not like that for paid services you still have to sit in a queue, and the doctor sees patients not by appointment, but in order of a live queue. I am also unhappy with the result of the ultrasound scan: a year ago I had many pathologies, but now the doctor found nothing. I showed the test results, which are not very good, but the doctor claims that according to the ultrasound everything is fine. I want to have an alternative ultrasound scan at another clinic.

I had my first screening — for pregnant women this is very important.
Disliked
The doctor did not really explain anything to me, and at the end she wrote a conclusion that she did not inform me about. She should have explained why something was detected and why I was being referred for some test. To pregnant women who want to have a screening, I do not recommend the doctor Zamambekova M.A.
