It seemed to me that the doctor was unsure of her knowledge. She decided that I was in early menopause and therefore prescribed a hormonal medication, even though I have no symptoms and no hormone test. Besides, this medication has many contraindications.

I cannot understand why such a specialist is still practising. His qualifications raise serious doubts in my mind. The consultation turned out to be very superficial, and I never heard answers to any of the questions that were important to me. I will not go to him again and would not advise others to.

My 17-year-old child came for an oral consultation alone — before an urgent trip, there was little time. I was not allowed to be present via video call. They took payment for the appointment but refused to see him.

I booked through this website and came for an appointment for the second time. The website did not state anywhere that the discount applies only to the first visit. After the appointment, the doctor walked me to the cash desk and told me to pay extra for the appointment. At the cash desk the price turned out to be different from what I had seen on the website when I booked. I paid because I had no time to sort it out.
