The appointment took place, but with a slight delay — we waited about five minutes. I needed to bring the doctor some documents from the clinic, but we did not have anything, so we came with nothing and left with nothing.

I booked an appointment through Doc KZ for 12 o'clock, and the booking was with a discount. When I came to the clinic at 12, I was not seen, they said that other patients were booked for that time, and they moved the appointment to a later time because I had booked with a discount. The girl at reception explained that I had to pay at the cash desk only at 12 o'clock according to the discount. Previously, in other clinics, I was booked through Doc KZ without such problems.

I am outraged by the actions of the reception. The clinic did not see me at 12 o'clock, citing other patients booked for that time, and moved the appointment because I had a discount. I do not understand what this confusion is: the girl said that I had to pay at the cash desk only at 12 o'clock according to the discount. I ask you to look into this. I will no longer book through you if they postpone your bookings to a later time, citing that we are discount people.

I visited this clinic for an appointment. The building is spacious, four registrars work there, and they process people very quickly, so there were no queues. The temperature in the room is comfortable, and the sofas are soft.

The appointment went as always at an excellent level. The doctor prescribed additional tests, thanks to this an accurate diagnosis was made, and therefore the treatment was correct — in the end, a full recovery.

Nothing was properly explained to me, the answers were vague, without specifics. I felt that I was not taken seriously — possibly because the appointment was booked at a discount through Doq.kz. The doctor's behaviour seemed strange and not entirely professional. After the visit I was left with more questions than answers. I do not recommend.

I came for the appointment, but there were two patients ahead of me, each of whom I waited half an hour for, and in the end I only went in after an hour. When I politely tried to point this out, the doctor started talking about "difficult patients", said that I supposedly had not been there until three, and then showed her displeasure in every possible way.
Disliked
Nothing was explained to me about the conclusion: what my problem was, why it arose, how to treat it, what to drink, what to eat — no information at all. The doctor simply stopped talking halfway through the appointment and at the end silently handed me a piece of paper with the conclusion, with a sour face. Well done, what can I say. Money and time wasted.
