I needed help from a qualified specialist, and I turned to Zamira Zhumagulovna, because according to reviews and comments she had a good rating. She suggested that the cause of my health problems was hormones and told me to take several types of tests. After taking them, as an ordinary patient without special knowledge, I asked her a couple of clarifying questions about the treatment, because it concerned taking medications and health. Later I went to another gynaecologist, and no hormonal abnormalities were found in me.
Disliked
Zamira Zhumagulovna's attitude towards me was disrespectful and unprofessional. In response to my clarifying questions, I received indignation and aggression in the form of voice messages, as well as calls in an inappropriate tone. It is a great pity that a doctor treats patients so dismissively, allows herself such behaviour and does not value her reputation. If you want quality treatment and to keep your nerves, I do not advise going to Z. Zhumagulovna. And before going to her, it is worth asking yourself once again, 'is it worth it?', because after tests at another gynaecologist, I turned out to have no hormonal abnormalities.
