I came to Oksana Alekseevna during a difficult period, when accumulated grievances, frustration and complexes weighed on me and prevented me from enjoying life. To be honest, I had stopped feeling it altogether. Already after the first session I felt noticeably better, and not only psychologically — my physical state improved too: I began to sleep better, play with my daughter better, communicate with my husband better.

It helped me a lot, and I gave Oksana Alekseevna's contact details to several close people who also needed support and a specialist's advice. Besides, I am very grateful to Oksana Alekseevna for the fact that, after our meetings, she helped find a psychologist for my mother-in-law, who at that time had been diagnosed with cancer and whose condition worried the whole family.

I attended Oksana Zhdanovich's group for about two and a half years. I came to her when there was a very difficult period in my family life and I had been in depression for a long time.
Liked
Gradually, while I attended the group, everything began to improve. I started to look at some things differently, began to talk about my feelings, although before I had kept everything to myself. I accepted myself and my life as they are. Thank you to Oksana for her work, she convinced me that even approaching 60 one can change and live a self-sufficient life.
