The appointment began with a delay: the doctor was 30 minutes late, and the staff did not know where she was. They called her many times, but she did not answer, and it was unclear whether she would come at all and whether it was worth waiting for her. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. In the end they got through to her, and she said she was on a bus and would be there soon. After that the doctor carefully examined the child twice, asked questions, and prescribed treatment and tests.
