We booked an appointment for 5 o'clock, arrived early from Aktau, had not slept since 4 in the morning. The doctor only came at 5:30.
Disliked
The doctor was also rude, said that she has been working since 8 o'clock, and one could understand. But the fact that we booked in advance and came from far away, had not slept since 4 in the morning, is normal for her. If we ourselves had been 30 minutes late for the appointment, we would not have been seen. The attitude towards patients is terrible. The doctor said she had not calculated the time. This is irresponsibility.

I booked an appointment, chose the doctor by experience and reviews, so I waited a week. I came at the appointed time, and the doctor turned out to be on leave. I opened doq.kz again — there the booking is open for every day. I was referred to another specialist, but there was a live queue, not by time at all.
Disliked
I was left very disappointed. It is unclear why the app does not know that the doctor is not seeing patients. Because of this I was misled: I would have chosen another specialist, but since I had already arrived and waited so long for the appointment day, there was no choice left. And the queue at the other doctor was not by time, but live.
