    Patient story

    I would like to add to my review, which I wrote on 23 August 2025. I came to the dermatologist Elena Viktorovna after going through torment: I had consulted dermatologists several times at three medical centres on a paid basis. In the end I never received the necessary treatment, and time was lost. I came to Elena Viktorovna in a terrible state. She examined me, calmed me down and prescribed comprehensive treatment. The treatment was long and difficult, but we coped. There was another case — a burn from a poisonous plant, and again we coped.
