I came for a full diagnostic check at 13:50, although I had booked for 14:00. As it turned out, the administrator had booked me for 14:30. In the end I was seen at 14...

I was booked for 14:30 instead of 14:00, even though I arrived at 13:50, and I was only seen after 14.
