I have been going to this clinic since January. I have no complaints about the doctors themselves — they are professionals in their field. I was offered to have mini-implants fitted, and we have been waiting for them for 4 months already.

But about the organisation — yes. The administration does not know when to schedule, there are not enough hands and materials. During treatment the doctor has to look for the needed item, nothing is prepared or set up. We have been waiting for the mini-implants for 4 months already, my indignation knows no bounds. The management is lacking! I removed a star only for the disorganised work.
