Patient story
My leg hurt and my child had a fever, so I left a request to register at this clinic. The next day the paediatrician called and said, I am coming to your home, where are you, I need to register you.
Disliked
Why don't you warn me in advance, I'm at work, I would have asked for time off and come, but she says that once you submit a request, you are obliged to stay at home for 3 days without leaving. I said to her, don't you tell people, when they submitted a request yesterday, stay at home, we will come, or at least, we are on our way, are you at home — don't you say that? I have a job too, I'm not sitting around idle, a person gives warning, don't they? But no, she says, I am not obliged to warn you, that's it, I won't register you, and hung up the phone. When I wrote on WhatsApp, she blocked me. I said, that's strange. Does a person act like that? That's her job, to register. Shouldn't she warn people? Or at least wait? Is she the one who feeds my children if I sit at home for 3 days? If she had warned me, I would have asked for time off and come. Or I would have not gone to work and waited. Is it even possible to act like that? Irresponsible in her work.
