Patient story
I want to address the management of this centre because of the behaviour of the healthcare worker Saparbayeva Ainur. During an appointment booked in advance, there was often an unpleasant smell of alcohol from her.
Disliked
This healthcare worker behaves very rudely with clients-patients, she is rude and incorrect not only with the parents of the children, but also with the children themselves. I ask you not just to pay attention to her and reprimand her, but to take appropriate disciplinary measures against her. It is unacceptable for a doctor to treat child patients so rudely and shamelessly.
