I came to this clinic for an appointment — there were no queues, everything went calmly.
Liked
The clinic is good: the medical staff are always ready to help, the doctors are professionals. Everywhere is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant and cosy. Thank you for being there.

On 24.12.21 I had an appointment with an ENT doctor, and he wrote me prescriptions free of charge.
Disliked
When I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacist was not there. I asked at the reception desk, and they told me it had been lunchtime — 13.30, there is no schedule, no one is there. I stood and waited for an hour. The head of the department was also not there. The nurse said he wouldn't be in. What are we paying money for? In the end I left without the pills and will buy them with my own money.

I was given two referrals, and both turned out to have mistakes. I wasted working time and money, came for an X-ray, and they wouldn't see me — again a mistake in the referral.
