For a whole year I couldn't bring myself to have an MRI of the brain — fear and claustrophobia held me back. But the administrator Natalya helped me finally make up my mind.

Thanks to the administrator Natalya I finally went ahead with the MRI, although I had been putting it off for a year because of fear and claustrophobia.
