I came to the Zhagalau clinic at Aitmatova 36, had all the tests done, wanted to be admitted to the day hospital, but I was told that there were no places and to come in August. Instead of the knee joint they wrote shoulder, they mix everything up. The doctor Nalibayeva Dilfuza is constantly not at her workplace, always on sick leave.
Disliked
The service is poor, inattentive and disorganised. I cannot get admitted to the day hospital, even though I have had all the tests done — there are no places, they say come in August. It feels as if they do not want to work. I am shocked by such an attitude. They mix everything up: instead of the knee joint they wrote shoulder. The doctor Nalibayeva Dilfuza is constantly not at her workplace, always on sick leave. Going to the Zhagalau clinic at Aitmatova 36 is disgusting.

I give this polyclinic a very bad rating of 10/1. How can such an outrage be described, they make a person wait for a long time. There is no responsibility whatsoever. Everyone just sits there sulking, they only take action if you shout at them. So what are we supposed to do?!

The doctor does not observe ethics: she spends 40 minutes on one patient, and that is terrible. She is also rude and talks on the phone at her workplace. Why are such specialists even hired at all? She is incompetent in her profession.

At the entrance I was met by rude women. The reception staff sit in headphones and, of course, do not answer the phones because they cannot hear them. And they also deceive people! I will complain about you everywhere!
