The appointment took place at a clinic where I came with my child in a pushchair. Doctor Kuchuk sees children with neurological problems on a paid basis, charges 8 thousand for an appointment by Kaspi transfer, examines for a couple of minutes and writes illegibly. At the same time she is the head of the department and during working hours sees patients privately, instead of doing rounds and observing children in the state hospital.
Disliked
This is the worst clinic. The entrance staircase is dilapidated and crumbling, a whole floor high, and there is no ramp to go up with a child in a wheelchair. The neurologist Kuchuk sees children with neurological problems for a fee, and she and the management do not care that for these little patients there is not even a ramp to make transportation easier. Inside there are torn leather sofas, there is no proper safe children's changing table, in general there are no facilities. She charges 8 thousand for an appointment, looks for a couple of minutes and writes illegibly. Instead of, as the head of department, making the rounds and observing the children who are admitted to the state hospital, during working hours she sees patients privately. Shameless and dishonest. What is the Ministry of Health looking at, how do the sanitary-epidemiological service and the akimat allow such clinics to operate.
