I often go to Zhanuya — both at 11/1 Barayeva and at 9 Barayeva, and with my whole family, and I go not only to the therapist but also to doctors of other specialities.

I want to say a big thank you to the doctors at Zhanuya: they always work quickly, competently and politely. I would especially like to mention the therapist Auyelova Makpal Yerlanovna and the nurse Ultore Zhaksylykovna — well done. You have a very large list of tests, there are practically no queues, the atmosphere is calm. After other polyclinics, where there are constant queues and dissatisfied people, I really like Zhanuya, and we are always pleased.

Today I had an appointment with the mammologist Tazhikova Aigul Maratovna.
Disliked
From the very beginning, as soon as I entered the office, the doctor was not in a working state: she was sitting with her phone, paying no attention to me, her computer wasn't working. At the same time, she blamed me, a sick patient, for it. Then she started being rude, said that a law had come out and doctors must not be touched. I didn't understand what she meant by that. I told her: "I feel unwell, I can't wait for your computer to start working, couldn't you write on paper for now, I'm about to faint, I'm telling you my condition, that I'm pregnant." And in response I only got: "So what."
