The appointment took place, but the organisation at the clinic is completely absent: queues start right from the reception desk and stretch to every office. And yet appointments are scheduled online.
Disliked
There is no organisational work at all, queues everywhere — from the reception desk to every office. The management is incompetent: how can you keep sick people in queues if appointments are scheduled online? In my opinion, it is simply a stupid pumping of money out of people who have already been shortchanged by fate. They need to take up modern management and introduce a decent standard of service, instead of mocking the sick.
