I wasn't going to write a review, but they called me three times and asked me to do it. I brought my mother, she is 77 years old, a pensioner, she had ear pain. I specifically looked for an appointment with a discount, because my mother's pension is minimal, and I'm not working right now. The doctor Zhenisbek Sergeyevich prescribed a bunch of procedures and took an unclear scan that we didn't need at all. In the end, besides the appointment, they charged us another 15 800. He also insisted that we have paid tests done there and a paid CT scan. We refused.

The clinic or, in this case, the doctor Zhenisbek Sergeyevich is not focused on treatment, but the goal is pumping out money. He prescribed a bunch of procedures and took an incomprehensible scan that we didn't need at all. On top of the appointment, they fleeced us for another 15,800. He also insisted that we have paid tests and a paid CT scan done right there. We refused. I wouldn't recommend this particular doctor to anyone. I can't say anything about the clinic itself, we were there for the first time.

My 5-year-old daughter and I are treating adenoids. Zhenisbek Sergeyevich saw us at the appointed time, examined her quickly and thoroughly, did nasal rinses and gave prescriptions for treatment at home. He talked to the child, so my daughter wasn't scared and didn't cry.
