After that it only got worse, my throat festered, for two days I could neither speak nor eat. I would have been better off giving myself antibiotic injections at home — it would have been cheaper.

I came to see my doctor, I was diagnosed with hypertrophic rhinitis and prescribed treatment. The doctor performed a CT scan, diagnosed accurately and explained everything clearly. Five days passed, and the result is already noticeable, although I am still continuing the treatment. Soon it will be a month since I completed the treatment, now everything is fine, I breathe fully and sleep at night.

The doctor is a true professional, attentive, friendly and very caring. From the very beginning of the appointment I feel that I am in reliable hands, calm, comfortable and safe. The diagnostics and explanations are at the highest level. The atmosphere of communication is also important to me: a smile, a warm attitude, ease and calm during the appointment, I feel protected and am not even afraid of nasal lavage, although the procedure is not a pleasant one. I am very grateful for such an approach and have not regretted my choice for a second. I thank Emirmed for such a great doctor, I wish prosperity, good health and all the best.

I was extremely disappointed with the appointment. After the examination, the doctor wanted to perform a 'cuckoo' procedure and said it cost 7,000 tenge. I refused because it was expensive. Then he suggested that next time I should still have the cuckoo done, since, according to him, the treatment he had prescribed would be ineffective. He also said that I could avoid booking an appointment with him and not pay 3,500, but instead come after 18:00, and without an appointment he would perform the 'cuckoo' procedure, and again stressed that this procedure cost 7,000. After the appointment, I received a call from the same clinic, and it turned out that this procedure cost 3,000 tenge. This is extremely unprofessional!
