While I was answering questions at the reception, my dad was sent out, and the procedure was done in 5 minutes, without explaining anything, they just performed it. Afterwards they abruptly invited another patient. Instead of the due 15 minutes, we were given 5. Then we asked for an explanation of the procedure performed, and this was done only after we complained.
It is very strange that patients are treated differently, although we pay the same money. Nothing was explained, the procedure was performed in 5 minutes instead of the due 15, my dad was sent out, and afterwards they abruptly invited another patient. Explanations were given only after a complaint.
