It was my first time having an OGD, and everything went quickly. The appointment started on time, without delays or waiting.
Kairat Ualiyevich is a professional; thanks to his attentive supervision I was less scared. The clinic administrator is a friendly girl; she brought me a glass of water after the procedure.
I had an OGD under anaesthesia. Everything went well: I didn't even notice falling asleep, and I woke up when it was all over. The results were given to me straight away.

There is something unclear about this doctor — either an inferiority complex or a superiority complex. He did not answer one question I asked; he said it was not his area. I deliberately chose a younger generation, but they are all the same. After me there was a Russian woman, and he was polite with her. I will not go to this endoscopist again.
