I had an appointment at the Emirmed clinic, where the doctor saw me twice and prescribed expensive tests. In the end I was referred to the head of endocrinology in Astana, Zhanar Ubaidullaevna.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor simply sold expensive tests, gave two different conclusions and in the end gave the number of another specialist. The clinic is very commercialised, the tests cost 100 thousand tenge. If you have questions, it is better to go straight to Zhanar.

The service in the treatment room is terrible: the girl does not know what she is dripping, there are many people, she cannot keep up. The glucose ran out, and we waited 10 minutes while she removed it. At the reception everything is also slow — I was not warned that I needed to bring my own injections and IV sets.

I booked an appointment with the doctor for a specific complaint, but first I had to wait a long time, as the doctor was running late for the appointment. At the first consultation, I was immediately given many diagnoses and prescribed a bunch of examinations, which I underwent in fear, spending a lot of time and money. At the follow-up appointment, the doctor did not remember what I had originally come with, and I had to remind her several times. In the end, for my main complaint, she only briefly advised a diclofenac ointment and again began prescribing additional examinations and medications unrelated to my request.
Disliked
I did not like that the appointment was disorganised: the doctor repeated the same type of recommendations, talked a lot about irrelevant things, and her phone kept ringing — there were about four calls just while I was there, and she consulted other people. I did not receive a full answer to my complaint, an explanation of the causes of my condition, or a clear treatment plan, even though I spent a lot of money on consultations, examinations and medications. I consider the quality of the appointment unsatisfactory, and the doctor's approach raises serious questions.

I came for an appointment, they simply sold me expensive tests, and then referred me to another specialist, who prescribed completely different tests and gave different conclusions.
Disliked
Overall, not worth it. She consults at a basic level; even AI gave more accurate conclusions based on my tests. I strongly doubt her competence, I do not recommend her.
