Today I had an appointment at this clinic with the cardiologist Ardak Syzdykovna. She was recommended to me by friends, as I had undergone heart bypass surgery and had been unable to get an appointment with a cardiologist at polyclinic No. 9 where I am registered. A month had passed since the operation, and I needed to get a prescription.

I really liked Ardak Syzdykovna — she examined me very professionally, prescribed the necessary medications and gave recommendations. She is very attentive and a true professional. With her prescription I went to my polyclinic, where I was given the medications, and finally I had clarity. I am very grateful to the doctor and the clinic for such specialists — I even felt like living again.

I came for an appointment, but first I had to stand in a queue at the cash desk, and then in the doctor's office, when we were discussing issues, another patient entered the office and started talking about his issues, so we had to wait until he finished.
Disliked
I did not like that the doctor did not say anything new — she only repeated what we already knew and what was written, and she repeated the same words and questions twice. In the end, the visit to this clinic turned out to be useless, I give a rating of 0.

I came for an appointment on 24 March, and I was seen exactly at the appointed time, without waiting. The doctor conducted a very thorough appointment that lasted about an hour: she studied all my test results, MRI and ultrasound reports, performed a detailed examination and asked about all my symptoms.

She took an individual approach to me, observed medical ethics and explained in detail which combination of medications I needed to take and for how long. We came for an appointment, but the doctor did not even examine the child. She immediately said that an ultrasound was needed, which she performs herself, and quoted a price of around 9 thousand. I asked whether there were indications, since we had come with ECG results. She did not examine the child and started saying all sorts of things, that the child might not wake up after surgery. I did not agree to the ultrasound — and then, miraculously, a referral for surgery was given.

Terrible doctor. She did not examine the child, immediately pushed an ultrasound for 9 thousand, even though there were ECG results. She said frightening things about surgery. I consider this corruption. I do not recommend.
