I had an appointment, the doctor prescribed many tests, and then also a CT scan.
Disliked
Nothing was explained to me about the test results, and even before receiving them an antibiotic was prescribed for an acute respiratory viral infection. It seemed that everything was prescribed indiscriminately, without any analysis.

I came to the appointment with a cold, but the doctor was in a hurry to go somewhere and did not listen to my problems.
Disliked
The doctor did not listen to my problems, prescribed a load of injections so that I would buy them at their pharmacy and come to them to have them administered. Among the injections were antibiotics, even though I had come with a cold. Because I am not a resident, the price turned out to be 1.5 times higher than initially stated.

On 7 January I came to the Alanda clinic with pain for an appointment with Rabiga Duisembayevna. She examined me carefully and immediately referred me for a kidney ultrasound, which confirmed dilatation of the renal pelvis and the presence of calculi. The doctor called an ambulance for me at around 15:00 and waited with me until I was taken, even though her working day had already ended. I was hospitalised and operated on in time.

Rabiga Duisembayevna is a competent doctor, focused on results, a professional in her field. She is polite, explains everything clearly, and I am very grateful to her for her care and for not leaving me alone. From now on I will only go to her.
