The doctor communicated coldly and abruptly; there was a lack of tact and attention to the patient. There were prescriptions, but no paper prescription was written out — the pharmacy refused to accept a photo and demanded the original, so I had to go back and waste time. The lavage was also uncomfortable: it was done rather roughly and with a cold solution, which made it even more unpleasant. I believe that such an appointment is not worth its price or the level of service you expect.
