I brought my mum to an appointment with this doctor. I immediately said that my mum has kidney and heart problems, had heart surgery, and that certain medications must not be prescribed. But the doctor did not listen to me, interrupted me, said "don't bother me", and typed on the computer at the same time. She prescribed 4 types of IV drips with diclofenac, analgin and dimedrol — everything that is forbidden for my mum. When I asked whether she was sure, the doctor calmly answered "yes". She also prescribed a pile of medications and ordered almost all types of examinations: CT, MRI, X-ray. The whole appointment was noisy, she spoke loudly and repeated that everything had to be done without fail. She prescribed metipred, even though I said that we had stopped taking it long ago, that it is a strong hormone that undermined my mum's health, and that she is 77 years old and weak. She also recommended wrapping with gauze with salt, Vishnevsky ointment on top and cling film, and walking like that for 12 days — even though my mum has a trophic ulcer on her legs, which I also mentioned. The doctor was rude: although she is older than me, we are not acquainted, yet she kept addressing me informally.
Disliked
Everything was awful: the doctor does not know how to listen, tactlessly interrupted, did not take my mother's contraindications into account, prescribed forbidden medications and methylprednisolone, wrote out a huge number of medicines and tests, recommended an absurd 12-day wrapping for a trophic ulcer, conducted the appointment noisily and loudly, so that we came out deafened and with a headache, and also addressed us informally as 'ty', which is unpleasant. I do not recommend her to anyone.
