My ear had been bothering me for 4-5 years, so I came to Ulbala Maratovna. She made an accurate diagnosis, treated and cleaned it, and prescribed medications. I go for a check-up once a year.

I had a submucosal resection of the nasal septum because of breathing problems, the operation was performed under local anaesthesia, and I heard and understood everything, how difficult it was for her. Then the head of the department came to help, but it seems she had already managed to make mistakes. In the end, everything had to be redone.
Disliked
The result was zero. I still remember her rudeness and dismissive attitude. The doctor is useless — inattentive, incompetent, as if at her not-so-young age she had taken on this procedure for the first time. I regret that I did not file a complaint.
