The appointment with this doctor simply shocked me. I was prescribed tests worth 113,000 tenge, and I do not understand why this was needed. The doctor saw nothing on my face and sent me to be checked for demodex, even though I have perioral dermatitis. Another doctor recognised it straight away.
Disliked
Such a doctor is not worth a penny. Let her go and work somewhere else if she has no idea at all.

I came to the On Clinic to see the trichologist Adzhigitova Natalya Safiulovna because hair loss was greatly troubling me. I came for an appointment, but the doctor didn't even examine me. She only photographed my problem areas with a camera out of focus and showed these pictures through a computer. She didn't put on gloves and look at my nails with her hands, like a real doctor. In the end she said that I supposedly had pincer nail syndrome, although I simply have nail deformity because I wore gel polish. She judged by one photograph, not by the real picture. She also prescribed a lot of tests, and some of them, if you apply logical thinking, are absolutely unnecessary. For example, there is no need to test for allergy, because there is neither itching nor rash. There is also no point in doing an ultrasound of the liver and thyroid if there are already test results for the indicators of these organs. At the same time, she prescribed treatment without test results: she said that I had nail psoriasis, prescribed an ointment for psoriasis, but referred me for tests for fungus. It is unclear what the point is.

What I did not like was that the doctor did not perform an examination, but judged only by a photograph. Instead of putting on gloves and looking at my nails with her own hands, she photographed the problem areas out of focus and showed them through the computer. Because of this, she made a diagnosis based on one photo, rather than on the real picture. If she works like that, then let her conduct online consultations instead of seeing patients in an office. I also did not like that she prescribed a bunch of tests, half of which may be unnecessary. For example, an allergy test is not needed, since there is neither itching nor a rash, and an ultrasound of the liver and thyroid is pointless if there are already results of tests for these organs. Previously, doctors examined, palpated organs, studied them in person, but now you come to an appointment and get a long list of tests, and they ask you not to come back without all the results. But if she is so principled about tests and protocol, then why did she prescribe treatment without the results? She said I had nail psoriasis, prescribed an ointment for psoriasis, but at the same time referred me for a fungal test. What is the point? So the conclusions are accordingly.

I came to the doctor after gastric resection, because my hair had started to fall out heavily.

To be honest, I didn't particularly like the doctor. She started scaring me, saying that I would now be deficient for the rest of my life, and even the gastroenterologist didn't scare me like that. Everyone said that the year would be a bit tough, and after that everything would be fine in terms of vitamins. She scared me and started offering some of her own shampoos and tonics, and only then sent me for a test, but said that the girls at reception would give it to me here. I came to the doctor and would have liked them to look at the tests first, then add some drops to take internally, and only after that their shampoos. But no — buy a shampoo and tonic at reception, and such expensive ones too, costing almost 50-60 thousand, then we'll look at the tests. In short, I don't recommend it, I feel sorry for the money I spent on her appointment, it wasn't worth it. I was left with the feeling that I had come not to a doctor but to some networker selling their own products.
