I had a medical abortion. I want other girls to know: it happens at home, without a doctor. The doctor promised to stay in touch and gave his personal number in case of an emergency. There is a risk that bleeding may start.

I trusted in vain. I wrote and called, but the doctor replied only once every two days. This is irresponsible and very dangerous. I do not recommend it. I had to go to another clinic to have an examination and monitor the situation. There is no point at all in coming by appointment: when you come, you wait at least an hour. I am glad I said goodbye to this clinic. I do not advise it.

The doctor doesn't know how an ultrasound is done. I wanted to find out the sex of the baby, but they couldn't tell me. The sex was in doubt, and the doctor called another doctor to look at the sex. They looked together and in the end said imprecisely that maybe it would be a boy at 17 weeks.

Then they told me to come back and retake them. When I came to retake them, the doctor was not aware at all, and it turned out that there were neither swabs nor test tubes to take the sample. I was sent home. They did not give a full refund, they only refunded for the test. Now I will have to go to another clinic and pay for the appointment again. At the gynaecologist's appointment, the door is not closed while you are sitting there in all your glory, people calmly walk in. The doctor sits and chats about what to order and how, while her clients are waiting. If you want to come and throw money down the drain, come to this clinic. Doctor Aizhan Orazaliyevna is absolutely incompetent, and apparently also moonlights as an accountant, since she is the one deciding the payment issue.

I booked an appointment with a specific doctor and travelled specially to see her, but I was seen by a completely different doctor. The appointment lasted about 5 minutes, and I paid 25 thousand for it.

I was shocked: the doctor clearly wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible, perhaps she was in a hurry for lunch — I don't know. I had a great many questions about women's health, but seeing that they wanted to hurry me out, I said nothing. I wanted a thorough examination, not to be handed my pills quickly and shown the door. I do not recommend this clinic. If you don't know how to work with people — don't work.

I came to a clinic that I found in the app, where it stated that a uterine curettage costs 20,000 tg. I had a missed miscarriage and needed my uterus cleaned. At the appointment, the doctor said that anaesthesia was needed for the curettage, and that would cost approximately another 40,000, so the whole procedure would come to not 20,000 as on the website, but 60,000. I was also told that if I had a medical cleaning, the chance of success was almost 90%. I agreed on the condition that the doctor would see me through to a full result. In the end, they charged me 20,000 tg as for a curettage. After that, the doctor never called once, never asked about my condition, and does not answer my messages. After 7 days of bleeding, an ambulance took me away in a semi-conscious state. At the hospital, an ultrasound showed that the foetus was still in the uterus. There they performed a cleaning. They are not letting me go home because the uterus is inflamed and enlarged after the medical termination.

The doctor's incompetence and indifferent attitude led to this result. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they felt no guilt and had no intention of refunding. It is a great pity that the matter could not be resolved peacefully.
