I fell down the stairs, got a fracture of the sacrum with displacement and an extensive haematoma. I was examined by two doctors at the Research Institute of Traumatology and another doctor at the Administrative Department, but none of them advised removing the haematoma that had formed due to the fall and the fracture. Adlet Ryskaliyevich conducted a very attentive and thorough examination and prescribed a mini-operation to remove the haematoma. He performed this mini-operation himself, did the dressing, monitored the dynamics and gave further recommendations and prescriptions for rehabilitation and recovery.
