The appointment with the doctor went badly: I was seen 40 minutes late, and all that time I had to sit and wait.
Disliked
The doctor behaves rudely and doesn't stand on ceremony with patients at all. He delayed the appointment by 40 minutes and didn't even apologise, and to a fair remark he was even rude. He said that if I wasn't happy, I should go to another doctor, even though we had sat and waited for him. He also had a confrontation with the admin in front of patients, without any embarrassment.

After the second appointment I was left with a very bad impression: patients are treated as if I had come to beg, and my problem was never resolved. It turns out that reviews with a rating of 4.67 are nonsense.
