I booked an appointment for the 3rd. The day before the visit they called and messaged me several times, but never once warned me that minors need to come with their parents, and this information was not on the website either. When I came the next day, it turned out that they had forgotten to put me in the register, and I had to wait while another client finished their appointment.

I was not warned in advance that under 18s need to come with their parents, and this is not stated on the website. Besides, when I arrived for the appointment, I discovered that I had not been booked in the register, and I had to wait for another client's appointment to finish. The most ironic thing is that they themselves asked several times to leave a review.

I was seen even earlier than scheduled by the appointment, the appointment itself took about 15-20 minutes. Berik Baltashevich examined everything in order, studied it, checked what was needed, and made, as it seems to me, a correct diagnosis. He reviewed all the tests that I brought with me, gave a referral for additional examinations and handed me the conclusion. The doctor also said that I need to come back in a year.

I would give Berik Baltashevich all 10 points if such an option were available. In the end, I got everything I wanted, and I had no questions left. Algozhin Berik Baltashevich seemed to me a friendly, sociable, courteous and benevolent specialist; it was very comfortable to be around him. I would note the attentive and qualified attitude towards the patient, the doctor's tactfulness, sound decisions and respectful attitude, especially in such an intimate treatment topic as mine.
