I booked an appointment through the website, but at the clinic I still had to stand in a queue. They cleaned my ears with a liquid substance, the whole process took 5 minutes, nothing else was done or checked. They said there was no wax plug, although they didn't even look with a special instrument. After the cleaning I didn't start hearing better, nothing changed. I'm 33, during this time I have never been to a specialist, I only cleaned my ears with a cotton bud, but they told me it was clean there, for me that was doubtful.

Why book through the website then, if there's a queue anyway. The session turned out shorter than I expected. They confidently stated there was no wax plug, without checking with a special instrument. I didn't start hearing better. They said it was clean, although it seemed doubtful to me. It seems the specialist wanted to finish quickly or was in a hurry to go somewhere. I can't say for sure, but 7k is money for me, and for such work it's a bit overpriced.

Why mislead people and book them in for an appointment if, in reality, when you come, they don't see us at all due to the lack of instruments or equipment. I took time off work, came, but, alas, all in vain.
