The girls at the reception are great, they did everything well.

When we came in and said hello, the doctor Zhazira was standing and talking on the phone, not paying attention to us, she just glanced at us and continued the conversation. I really didn't like that we were greeted so unkindly. The ultrasound machine in this clinic is simply terrible, you can't see anything on it, I don't recommend it.

The appointment with the paediatrician Alimbekova Zh.K. started with a delay: the doctor was about 20 minutes late, and I had to wait for her. My little one is 6 months old.
Disliked
The doctor's level of work and her prescriptions are the same as in state polyclinics. I was prescribed groprinosin and cough syrup, although our paediatrician had never prescribed cough syrups before and was against them. They also sent us for a repeat X-ray so that the child would receive additional radiation. They also recommended oxalin ointment for my little one so that she wouldn't get infected, and Viferon suppositories. Money and time wasted.
